Went in today to discuss an issue. Was not treated with respect and left without resolution. As a long time customer of RAC I will not be entering any in new agreements in the future. If this is how customers get treated, I want no part in it. Management should be trained in professionalism.

I absolutely love rent a center! Josh is so helpful and extremely polite. Kurt is willing to work with you through whatever issues you have. The customer service is top notch. I highly recommend renting from them.

They call everyday multiple times regardless if you owe money or not show up to your house look in windows even if you have private property signs up I have felt nothing but harassed since I missed one payment I have been on track but they still call everyday! Literally every single day:( ill stick with aarons in the future I had really good experience with them last time I shouldn't of strayed
