I leased a gaming computer and Rich couldn't have been more helpful! I was able to do everything over the phone, all of my questions were answered, and he made the conversation delightful. When I got to the store everything was packed up for me and brought to my car. 10/10 would recommend just for the service 😊

Ryan and the team are always very kind. I have been a customer with them for years. My whole house is Aaron's items. I will be with them for life.

Ryan is always so accommodating and helpful, I love spending time at the store. The store is very clean and welcoming with music and tvs on. They treat me with respect and always help me when I need something. I bring my dog Ace into the store and Ace loves getting all the love from everyone. Great products and great service.

Great customer service. They said yes to all my requests. I thought it would be harder to get what I wanted, but Ricky found a way to make it happen! Ricky and Ryan the manager made it fun, we were laughing and had a great conversation while they explained all the details of the rent to own. I went to rent a center in the past, everything was about money and don't be late. Ryan made me feel like we were friends and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I am very happy with Aaron's in Pittsfield.
