These places are highway robbery no matter which one you go to, no thing is worth the lease or even the cash price. They have gaming pcs that cost about $700 to build for $2200 cash price and $3500 with lease. Disgusting.
After being a loyal customer for over 9 years I have decided to stop doing business with this store. I lost count of all the things I've paid off at this location. Recently Management/manager (Freddy) is ridiculous and the employees don't know how to communicate effectively even amongst themselves. I Got an infinity game table in Aug/Sept (After just finishing 2 contracts), had to have it replaced in November, and what should have been a new table (what I was told) was in fact an open/used table with no power cord. Took me two tables to make one 🙄 I was told it was a mix up and my table had been delivered to another store .. keep the one I had as a loner and that'd I'd still get a new one in a few weeks per the agreement protection plan etc .. now we are in January and I was still waiting and even called to inquire about it on the 5th and was STILL told I'd get a new one, but the manager refuses to take my calls, or call back, would leave me on hold etc .. I even asked for a price adjustment at one point and said I would gladly keep the used one if they did and had to contact the regional manager to meditate the situation after the manager got rude and accused me of just wanting a "free ride".. I'm familiar with how it all works as again, we've been doing this 9 years (I refuse to pay for something as new if it's not) since the table I was given was used and after 3 months of paying full price for a "new" table while waiting with no end, I give up. Same issue for almost 4 months with no response but they will ofc gladly take my money. The amount of money spent here is not worth it for the amount of hassle that you have to go through with THIS store. Fausto was the best thing this store had.. I'd suggest to anyone in lowell to go to RAC or elsewhere... use affirm, afterpay, klarna, etc to make your purchases over time. Less money and less frustration. And ALWAYS check your items.
Arrons was supposed to pick up my washer and dryer because I dont need it told me they would be here on 1/22/26 between 2 and 6 so I called around 1:30 talked to someone said they was still coming we'll guess what never showed up i called back left me on hold for 1/2 hr while he talked to the manager because they said they was short staffed and wouldn't make it out that day so I said when can you he said Tues another 5 days away I told him no its inthe middle of my kitchen and mind u I took it out of the bathroom because when they delivered it they broke stuff I told him no my husband is handicap and I need it removed said he will call me within a. Hr guess what no call back u know if I didn't pay for my stuff they will be at my door u dont know how to call people back mind u I bought alot of stuff off them and payed them off guess have to go elsewhere for
They are a good company to rent to own stuff from. They do reasonable offers to make sure you just enjoy your purchase and pay your bill. We have been with them for 10 years now and no complaints. They even do promotions and deals for customers. The manager is a great, friendly man. We would recommend you to go check it out sometime.
Ordered my sectional from them they said it would arrive Tuesday between 3-6. Tuesday comes around I get rid of my old couches around 1:30. Waited till 5 called to ask what time more or less it would show up for them to tell me the truck broke down and they won’t arrive till Thursday. If they would have called and explained that I would’ve never got rid of the old couches till Thursday. Now I’m left with an empty living room for 2 days when all Aaron’s had to do is call. The woman manager was very rude and anyone could tell she couldn’t be bothered with a customer. Real poor customer service and handling of customers. And your waiting an hour for the cooperate number to pick up so can’t call to complain.
