This has been a horrible experience we the only reason they got a one is because the young guys that delivered were pleasant we had a washer and dryer delivered when I ask why they didn’t connect the duct for the dryer they said they don’t do that so now I have a dryer that can’t be used mind you this the second delivery the first the dryer didn’t work so they swapped out the whole set but they already looking for us to pay which isn’t the problem but how do you not set up my dryer I feel that corporate needs to step in because this store is giving the franchise a bad look this is the one on Columbia road

This company came knocking on my door to return something I didn't buy from them, and I certainly don't owe them any money. Next time they do a lease or an installment sale, they should ask the buyer for identification and proof of address. They seem like an amateur company, not a professional one.

This Aaron’s on Columbia road sucks I placed a couple of orders online for my mom and around October 31st and the orders were pending for Delivery then we get a email saying that the delivery will be here on the 3rd well today is the 5th and we still haven’t gotten a delivery. And when you call them On the phone nobody never knows nothing this store is a joke , I don’t recommend anyone shopping here

The manger is really great and soooooo accommodating. He really turned my bad day good. Thanks Josh I appreciate as well as the other man who delivered with him you guys are really appreciated 🩷

I'm new with Aaron's and already NOT having a good experience with them. I went blind 3 yrs ago from diabetes and unfortunately, I thought shopping at Aaron's would be an uneventful experience!!! Was I wrong!! I ordered for xmas for my 17 yr old daughter a 55' frameless smart TV, and a nintendo switch. And was told their trucks only delivered on Wednesdays. Because xmas day was on Wednesday I was told by an employee named Mike that my items would be delivered the following Wed. I knew the next Wed was New Year's Day and specifically asked Mike 2x if they'd be open and Mike assured me they'd be open and it was bad enuf it was going to be after xmas. Well, after waiting over a week, I woke up and proceeded to call and set up a time for them to come. Need I say Aaron's in Dorchester was CLOSED😈🤬😡🤔 I am beside myself!!!!! I've already paid almost $60.00 and now not sure if I still want the items. My daughter is 💔 and STILL WAITING!!!! DISGUSTED WITH AARON'S IN DORCHESTER!! 🤬😡
