Delivery was on time and perfect but still missing the top bed light pieces, there’s couple scratches probably on their way to deliver

So a few months ago I rented and paid off at washing machine I went back a month or so later and I rented a couch so in the same fashion to pay it off. I had an issue that I lost my job my house and my father passed away all around the same time I explained this to this store and I say here take the $23 that's all I have right now next week I'll pay $20 and the following week I'll have enough hours for my new job to pay off the past due amount do you know they called me multiple times at least 20 about that $20 I then call customer service and they're trying to convince me not to call the district manager I want to speak with the district manager that runs Hagerstown because that kind of harassment is not acceptable I will now for now on take my business to Aaron's it felt really personal as if I owe them $20,000 I'm going to pay this couch off and I'll never do business with Rent-A-Center again

My husband and I went to Rent A Center in Hagerstown, we were just looking to see how their prices compared to other local furniture stores. Eddie was super helpful and there was a 50% off sale!! We paid cash for the furniture. The delivery arrived on time, with a notification call to let us know they were on the way. The delivery team did a fantastic job of bringing in our furniture and with the set up. THANK YOU EDDIE AND TEAM. We will be return customers and send our friends your way.

This location has some of the best employees Eddie Jackson and Howard have been the best. I have fell under some really difficult times and all three gentlemen have done over and beyond to help me in my time of difficulties. If you are looking for down to earth people and the best customer service this is the store to go to. Thanks guys for everything that you do.

New team is great and better than the last! Credit Manager is very polite and always works with people to help them keep the product. Sales Manager is very personable and has great mannerism. New store manager is good as well, always trying to give people best deals possible. Love this new team!
