Love Ty at Easton,Md location she is the best. The staff is nice. I'm tired of seeing stuff I like because I'm always getting something lol but on the other hand glad we have these types of businesses because sometimes I don't want to pay full price on the spot the downside to these places is paying for something twice when you don't do the 6mth lease you pay alot more but that's in the contract it's not mandatory I suggest doing 6 month lease

You always have the products for my family. I have never had any problems with any salesman.when you say that you will be there at a Pacific time you are there. Thank you for your products that you have in stock. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you

I purchased 3 pieces of furniture, it was infested with roaches that of course made themselves at home in my new home. They offered me a 2 piece(different color completely) I had 3. They wouldn't give me 3 pieces or something closer to the color. Offered to pay for the pest control (as if it's nothing) and I still have no furniture! So beware! Roaches, bed bugs, fleas, and any other bug you can think of!!

My husband and I really love rent a center in Easton. Kareem and Ty are very nice people. Attentive and very professional. If you have a problem they'll try to work with you to resolve the issue. Nice clean store. Friendly atmosphere.

They are very awesome with customer service. Even despite us unknowingly coming right near closing time (switched to 6pm instead of the 7 the website and doors still say), they still treated us well and allowed us to browse and discuss what we wanted. The associate Patrick was amazing in his assistance and suggestions. He actually also turned out to be one of the guys who helped move/deliver our new sectional. Definitely suggest checking them out!
