I have bought a few things from this place. I went with the ez pay this time and decided to pay out before the end of my 120days same as cash. They keep taking money from my account. I call and they say they have stopped it so I wait.... bam! Got me again the next cycle. I'm thinking about filing theft charges for them stealing my money.

So far so good!! I've never done this but Decided to try it & I'm able to get the things I need to upgrade. Everyone working there has been helpful but Tyler has been exceptional!! Thank you all so much. ❣

They were great to deal with before and during my purchase, but when I needed help ordering an extra part after the purchase (paid cash, didn't finance) I was given the run around for weeks until they eventually never called me back. I was told they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, that the part wasn't in stock, they would call me next week, etc. Eventually I got tired of the run around and called the General Manager of the Aaron's in Seaford and the part I needed was ordered within a few hours. They had an instant response from the manufacturer and it was in stock. The last I heard from the General Manager of Easton was "I'll call you in a few days". That was a month ago and I still haven't received a return call. Basically, if you receive terrible customer service from the Easton location, just try another store and they'll be willing to help you.

Great place to get furniture from even with bad credit or if you are just starting to make good credit plus the staff is awesome and super friendly although they might take a bit long in the delivery department they have a good establishment and it's always clean and if your late on a payment just call and talk to the manager they are pretty understanding and will work with you
