Courtney is an excellent sales woman. I moved to Maine with two suitcases and had to outfit my life on a tight budget. She talks to you about your needs and waits for specials or deals to hit you up. Never pushy, always consistent and considerate.
Always helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate how willing to make sure everything is as it should be.
The manager of the store scuffed up my washer and dryer and I was told that it was a brand new washer and dryer. They were not and he’s very rude and condescending because he told me that he would take $150 off each the washer and dryer and now all of a sudden he doesn’t remember that and then I only would get 150 I will never do business with you guys again
The level of unprofessional behavior and harassment from the store manager regarding my account and how he handles a customers adding new products and with a previous agreement is completely unprofessional and has been reported to corporate.
Lily is extremely polite, patient and helpful! The guys who came to bring my washer we're very respectful and also understanding.
I have been trying to resolve my couch issues but JT continues to ignore the issue he never calls back !Not a good way to treat customers !!it's not even 1 year !I just want a reasonable pay off its not worth the money I still owe !!
