Wasn’t professional was looking for a king size mattress, and no one really tried to help said they didn’t have any and said try online but didn’t try to help us. Try to find one online in the store to see if they could order us one or anything like that.

They took out a double payment of $400 each. I called and they said a manager would call me back. Nobody called me. Went through my billing cycle after and realized they have a different payment amount every month. Definitely embezzling people's money.

Absolutely amazing staff and so helpful. Been with them for a couple years and they’ve helped give my spouse and I a loner washer till ours got fixed and highly recommend them. Thank you Aaron’s in Waterville for being so kind and reliable

Went into the store to get a new bed set today and we asked the woman about availability and rather than trying to help us find something when we asked what they have available she kept saying " I don't know look online" It is your job as an employee to help someone find the items they need. Don't ask to help us then say "look online" Help us by saying "I'm not sure let's see what we can order rather than having us do all the leg work. We came in to buy an item and get advice and assistance. Not to be told that you don't know what you have available and that we should look online. After 2 times of trying to get you to assist we finally walked out and said we would go to rent a center to which you replied "good luck they aren't open on Wednesday's" snarky women with a rude attitude who was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. We will take our business elsewhere

No point in commenting on the prices. It's pretty straight forward and standard for a leasing company. I got what I wanted. The delivery was excellent. Guys were professional and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. Got my refrigerator in without issue or damage in short time.
