The woman who works at this location is extremely rude disrespectful and very unprofessional to customers and if you make any complaints about her you get informed that they have had several complaints about her and she has always been that way since she started but Why on earth do u allow her to be near any customers who are the only reason you have a job 🤔 it's very wrong that she has never been held accountable for her actions before she makes more customers leave and go elsewhere with there business she swears hangs up on people makes it very clear it's not her problem and face to face want to confront her she runs out back and hides behind a door seriously come on is she really that valuable to the business if you think so I'm not seeing how when I have been told more than you can count customers have left and took business elsewhere because of the same woman she's the only woman in the store and she's making you lose business making the business lose money that right there says to me get rid of the problem it's business a place of business but it sounds like it's personal cuz I mean what other business would allow this

Absolutely love their service. They’re positive and friendly and quick to service. Had an issue with one of my products and within the next day they have somebody coming out to fix it. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I love my laptop and I appreciate the customer service from the workers at the skowhegan store! They have been very understanding and worked with me to get my account up to date and continued my agreement rather than making me give it back cause I definitely was wrong for how long it took me to get it resolved but they were decent enough to know and care that sometimes life just happens and it's not always our fault entirely. So with that said I am very satisfied with the store I get my merchandise from and thank them from the bottom of my heart for being human and kind!

Horrible company Don't do business with them. My friend has a couch, love seat and a washer and dryer with them. Unfortunately my friend got really ill and was pulled out of work by his doctors. So he got behind. His washer and dryer is almost paid off. I can help him pay off the washer and dryer and he is willing to give up the furniture and payoff the washer and dryer but they refuse to do that. They want to come pick up all the items then discuss the washer and dryer then turn around and bring the washer and dryer back.. So they can screw him over. These guys were rude and nasty on the phone especially Brittney. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
