We bought brand new washer and used battery operated bike the manger gave us half off on bike .ive been sick 3 yrs we bought this 2021-2022 They fired the manger who gave me deal ,fired my friend so I thought we was paid off over year we had payoff with washer How they still taking money out account both payments was together.Called they can’t go back more then year ? 2-3 yrs 54.00 $400.00 bike .Never would I rent from them .I will report them to better business management
Rent a center in Sanford is a joke. Our washer has been broken for 2 weeks and can never send anyone to fix it or replace it. Claiming we never called or anything. Don't reccomend better off going to aarons
Husband and I have been doing business with them for over 30 years and up until now, their services have been a godsend. Now, they check your credit and will deny you despite having been loyal paying customers for so long. Also, their appliances are junk! Rented us a new fridge with no freon in it and I lost over $300 worth of food that they refused to reimburse us for! I guess 30 years means nothing to them! So long to your crumbling, disrespectful business!
Highly unprofessional. Always screwing up orders. Promising they will deliver a item by a certain time on a certain day and never show up and never call to let you know you have to call them and then get the run around. Also will cancel your delivery from their schedual and never tell you until they are caught doing it and you threaten to call corporate. Which i have called corporate 3 - 4 times on them for poor customer service and poor attitude. Also had a employee tell me i cant buy a recliner because they are going to whether i likes it or not and also said they dont care what corporate has to say they are buyimg it even though it was up for grabs.
If you ever go into business with them make sure you don't enroll in auto pay because if something ever comes up where you need an extension til you pay, they'll take your money anyway. I called last Friday, the day before our payment was due, to ask for an extension which they agreed to. The next morning they took our money anyway. So I called them again and supposedly they fixed our account and were refunding our money but a week later we still don't have it. There was a reason why I asked for the extension, because we needed the money they took. I did the right thing and called ahead of time, they're the ones who messed up and took the money anyway and now its my family whos suffering.
