We purchased a sectional and 2 recliners. The 2 young men that came had to really work to get them in the livingroom. They never got upset, they took a moment and figured a way to get the job done. They were polite and helpful. I will use them again for another purchase.
There were some issues with my autopay and how often it was coming out of my account at first. Things are better now.
Bill was amazing in helping my girlfriend and I furnish our entire apartment. Gave us great deals and helped us save money. We would shop at this store specifically anytime. Michael the credit guy and Punky were also super helpful. I had an amazing experience!!
This was my first experience with rent a center and it is my boyfriend's birthday on the 23rd so I went online on rent a center, anyway long story short I walked out with the Playstation 5 the same day it was very hassle free and great conversation/customer service was amazing
Love the idea of renting stuff. Hate when people come to my house if my payment is a few days late, or that they continuously constantly call you for really no reason but make it sound like it’s a serious issue. I really like the same as cash also. It is so easy to make a few payments in 6 months and then outright pay the rest. It makes renting worth it. So thanks for offering great items and these great options
