I ordered in the morning waited all day I finally call and was told they never got a response to the question would you like it today my response was that would be awesome a few hours later I messaged them to get ETA so I could step out no response later I call and told they never got a response from me they going to miss Ian.

I have been a long standing customer, and have always had exceptional customer service from the Bath, ME location, they are Always friendly, courteous and understanding! I refuse to go to any location but Bath.

I recently needed a special recliner for a family event and reached out to the Bath Rent-A-Center. They were so kind and accommodating and kept me up to date on everything via text messages and had the recliner delivered right on time. We went in to ask questions about getting a new bed. We didn't want a set just a bed and possibly a frame. The sales person kept pressing us about getting a whole set. When we informed him of our budget he continued to run back to the computer and try to make us a deal until he told us we would have to settle with a used mattress. My husband and I left without any purchase and very frustrated.
