I've been with them for about 10yrs now. I know they run a business and all but. Very good customers like myself should get treated better and not get a attitude by sum workers that are having a hard day. That job isn't that hard. What I saw what they do. But, years ago I came home and caught the manager in my house. Then he wouldn't leave so I called the police and before they came. They left. So, I called up their H Q office and made a report on him and he got fired. No I can't say which one. He knows who. So, actually I had good and bad luck with Aaron's. And which you would think. Being a good 10yr customer they should treat me alot better. But, there famous words are. We are running a business. I only have one more thing to pay off and I'm done with them. I should of stayed with rent a center. People be careful with that company. They are very shady and little crooked to.

You can't beat the 1 cent down on anything but, they have such a short staff hard to go into the building because the guys are normally out. Also for the record the store manager.... one hell of a character my advice just go to another AARONS store.

Editing my review because they came back to pick up the item ASAP. Stuff happens but they did everything they could to make it right. Thank you aarons! ***** So sad right now. I went to use my "new" pre owned washer for the first time that I just got today and it's filled with mold and some disgusting substances :( it was delivered after the office closed but I will be calling to return this gross machine tomorrow.

The Bangor, Maine Aaron's has lost all care for customer service. They are plain rude. Kevin ended up hanging up on me and Doug didn't even apologize for his employee's behavior. I have rented from there for over 15 years and NEVER have I ever been treated with such disrespect. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here. Products are low quality and the ability to stretch the payment isn't worth the disrespect.

Poor customer service, this store not only lied once about the payment plan but twice from the store manager within a 2 month span both times. Even called corporate was supposed to hear back from the regional manager a week ago never did. I will never buy from here ever again once I complete the transaction. I'll be going to Rent A Center from after this and you should too.
