Very disrespectful in the store and on the phone yes I got behind a payment they came by my house I told them I’d try to get the funds but no luck so I called the store back and told them they could get the merchandise they said they would I waited 2 hours for them to show up and I called back to see what was going on they said they couldn’t get to it until Monday I told them Monday wouldn’t work so I said Saturday and they said ok very crappy service and crappy customer service I wish I could put a 0 rating I will never ever do business there again
Absolute worst experience ever with Aaron's. I've bought a few things through Aaron's and never had an issue. I ordered a dryer online and called the store Wednesday and was told their truck came in on Friday and my expected delivery was Friday. OK, fine. I call the store at 11:11 and a gentleman tells me that I'm scheduled for delivery at 2:00 pm, ok great. I waited around till 2:30 and no one showed, ok they could be running behind so I called the store to check the expected delivery. At this point, a female associate tells me that they're booked up and I won't receive my delivery today. Wait, what? Then she has a gentleman talk to me who continues to tell me that no one told me 2:00 because they don't tell delivery times and he was the only gentleman there and I didn't talk to him. He actually argued with me about this. I had to contact customer support on the official website to get any help. While talking to support the lady on the phone 3 way called, the store to get information, and the woman at the store straight up lied and said I wouldn't let her talk! I honestly couldn't believe how bad these employees were.
People at Aaron's need to better and it's not all the people it's specifically the dude named Mike everytime he has came out to my house he has had a bad attitude bad customer service and overall not good with people but the dude named Terrance at Aaron's in Winsboro La he is so sweet and so kind great customer service he is on point Aaron's will blow ur phone up but overall a pretty good company except for the dude named Mike he can get on somewhere with his bad attitude self
Horrible overall experience with this company and I will NEVER do business with them again. On the day our bill was due Aaron’s had employees sitting in my driveway every single month and if when they where not harassing me at my home they where harassing me on the phone calling 20 times a day. It was total nightmare. The interest rates where absolutely through the roof and the customer service or lack of customer service was awful! They Never ever have to worry with me ever being a customer again and that’s crazy to because my husband and I had been returning customers for years! I will go without or sit on the floor before I ever even think about going back to this place of business! I don’t know if this is how all Aaron’s conduct their business but the one in Winnsboro, La needs a serious overhaul and better employees. I could go on and on about my complaints. As long as this entire company knows that they lost business then I’ll be satisfied with just that! They are now paid off for GOOD!!!! I do NOT recommend them at all!!!! It got so bad that I wouldn’t even talk with them anymore I made my husband handle it because they weren’t going to talk to him like they did me on numerous occasions I promise that!
I have 3 kids my air-conditioner broke in the middle of summer and I went to Aaron's with cash in hand to Buy a new one out right they refused to help me they were very rude and acted like I committed a sin because I asked for help. I know I had my kids with me and was not dressed to the T but we was every hot and trying to find a place that I could purchase a brand-new big air conditioner that would cool off my entire house. They lost my money and my family's Business. I would never go back to the one in Winnsboro again. They made my kids and I feel unwelcome
