I had a horrible experience with the store manager at the East California location in Ruston. I think her name is Jacque EVANS. It’s entirely too long in my opinion to put on here so I will just say that they need a new store manager.

Treviana is wonderful! Super knowledgeable, knows her job in and out!! She is not a pushy sales lady, which I appreciate. I would give her 500 stars!!

Why set up and appointment for delivery only to not get it delivered at all! I had to call several times and was lied to about the time I initially set up and then I was told I’d get a call back once the drivers arrived back to the store which I didn’t! I don’t work a regular schedule like most so I made arrangements to be home and NOTHING! Let’s just say I’m very disappointed! I rented and paid out several times but never experienced this…unfortunately I’m now wishing I went with another company!

Convinced us to go with a smaller package for the same price and promised it would be faster promised of we did wed have it in 2 days. Can't be bothered to go get it keep telling oh it'll be another day and another payment is due soon. We haven't even gotten. Guess we can still drive 2 hours of we want it before we pay for it again.
