If I could give zero stars, I sincerely would. All the issues I'm going through with this Rent a Center are the SAME ONES with all the past one star reviews. They try to make you pay every 3-4 four days instead of biweekly or the agreement you initially decided based on your pay period, and honestly? It's disrespectful and foul. They're under new management now because the last staff apparently was stealing money from customers, but if you ask me now, they're still doing the same thing. Do everyone a favor RAC, and just shut down completely. If you're looking for furniture to rent that's affordable please do not go here, go anywhere else; they're not even BBB accredited.

Don’t go there real bad place I have tv been paid off 79.35 every two weeks every time I paid they take 33.00 off my bill I reported them they didn’t see my tv in the System then when I reported them they call them 3 way so it’s like I’m paying 9,000 dollars for a tv I did the math on it I will never go back to that rent a center

Horrible customer service! Everytime a payment is due they will HARASS you, when I first purchased furniture from them I had a job. I lost my job, even after I lost my job I still made ends meet to pay them because I need my furniture, I would pay them one day, and all of a sudden 4 days later I owe them again and they call me about it, I said “I just paid yall the other day” they told me “oh when you pay online it mess the dates up” like huh????? I have other bills I have to pay, not just furniture, I’m not gonna pay yall every 4 days because the “dates change” when I pay online. I missed a payment because I just paid other IMPORTANT bills they constantly called after I told them I LOST my job. I start my new job in 2 days which I also let them know that, they still call me twice a day everyday. They even made someone at another location call me back to back about a payment when I JUST paid them. Mind you when I had my last job I always paid them. ALWAYS. I’m not paying yall every 4 days so stop constantly calling my phone scamming me out my money before I report yall!

This is the worst place ever I will never work with them again, and they truly frustrated me constantly pushing my delivery date back, sending it to the wrong address at first still have not got my delivery and they purposely will not answer the store phone. I feel scammed!! I constantly have to go through customer service and now even customer service can’t reach their store so I have to bring it to somebody higher. This is truly terrible. I really should have just worked with rooms to go.

I left work early to make sure I was home between the hours of 3 and 5. At 530 I called and spoke to the manager. Im not sure why she lied to me and said they were putting my sofa on the truck and headed my way instead of telling me they made a mistake and they wouldn't be able to come today. Her lie had me loose money while sitting and waiting for something that I paid for that never showed up. Im absolutely never doing business with a lair. I appreciate what happened bc I was ready to spend more money at that store so this saves me alot of money. Thank you Troy
