As I look at the reviews, I see the same thing. The boss of the location is very rude. The employees are OK but how can they succeed with a leader that cannot listen and solve problems I don’t know who hired him, but they both should not work for the company, especially when you’re seeing all these reviews saying the same thing over and over I dealt with the GM and he is super rude I will never Rent from here and do yourself a favor. Do not rent from Here or you’re gonna have proms incompetent leader is a total mess still waiting on District Manager to contact 🙋🤷🏻♂️
I received a call this morning from “the boss” of my Aaron’s location, and as someone who actively works in Customer Service, he was the rudest I have ever spoken to. I explained I wasn’t able to access the account prior and I was going to attempt to fix it myself as I spoke to Mr. Richard prior, he'd given me a number to call to get it fixed, but I had gotten no fix, he said, “Mhm Hm.” And hung up IN MY FACE. I don’t know how you could be a boss of any location, if you can’t control your unwarranted attitude, but I personally wish I’d encountered him BEFORE I bought, as I’d NEVER EVER shop with a man with such a sassy attitude. This man spoke to me like I was his BABY MAMA. WHO PISSED IN YOUR CEREAL? You are the alleged boss, leader, and supervisor. Your attitude is that of my 5 year old, or my ex boyfriend. Do better. Had to call BACK and speak to a female employee who told me you were the boss and apologized for how you acted. As a man, please be a man, cause you're doing bad business young lady.
Very unprofessional! I just called Aaron’s to inquire about a washing machine and dryer I saw on the website, the guy answered the phone like he was at home or I was calling his personal cell phone. He keep saying hello as if he couldn’t hear me then hung the phone up in my face. Then I tried calling back twice and no one answered. It’s sad that no one is professional anymore
So my original review was about me not receiving my delivery. I went into the store to find out why. The girl who took my ID never put my information in the system. However the store manager Carson was extremely nice and apologetic. He took care of my concerns.
I’ve dealt with several different locations and bought several different pieces of furniture and appliances through Aaron’s. I’ve never had issues until dealing with this store. Several times I’ve had to call over issues with my Auto pay and the staff is always rude. Today I called and was upset about being double charged, I had a rude staff member tell me it was my husbands fault, then it was the computers fault and then the manager ducked and dodged my husband and I and insisted he would call us and deal with it tomorrow. Meanwhile I’m overdrawn in the bank because of their incompetence. I do not recommend the N.Broad location. However I do recommend Aaron’s and would say if you are looking to rent from them go to the Airline store. I believe the manager’s name is Mike and he is incredible and so is the rest of that staff. They truly go above and beyond. I won’t make the mistake of using a different store again.
