I think there a scam I get most places buy things and sale them for more that's how they make there profit that's not the issue even though I noticed next day same ebike I was renting to own for 1700 something for 240 some a month that same bike funhang cb- 1 26" cruiser ebike is only 360 with shipping on Amazon and there saling and renting for 1700 ok I needed it like right away and it was assembled no big deal but here's the killer part that ticked me off is when next day tire popped after 2nd time y'all going to mention oh I so say owe y'all $bc y'all didn't charge last time and got nerve tell me you hope I know I'm being charge for this bc y'all didn't charge last time so I so say owe y'all $75 when it should be free of charge bc I'm renting and and should of had warranty but yet that's another thing y'all didn't even mention anything about that eighter and when I ask delivery guy it's line he wasn't sure but help build the thing and had to ask for book on it oh and here's the real killer part I went and bought my own front and rear anti puncture resistant tires and slime tubes and first time ask for that to be change instead did what they wanted and just used tube for same rest tire that popped and instead of putting new tire and tube just put tube mind you both tires and tube black burn 26" and slime tubes were like 80 altogether but I so say owe them 75 at that point I made first payment cancelled it and told them can keep it and ordered my own bought out cash

My parents did business with this company for years. After we finished paying for a washing machine, it broke. When we called for a replacement, they gave us a smaller machine instead. We were told the original washer would be fixed, but it has now been four months and it still hasn’t been repaired. The replacement washer also started having problems. When we called again, they sent another washer that was infested with roaches. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Poor service, long delays, and no concern for customer health or satisfaction.

Great Customer Service,absolutely would recommend to anybody in need of furniture. Mr. Chris is always knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in there to purchase a Mattress and the salesman was nice but kept telling me about a mattress that was on sale as if that's what I came to get. I knew nothing about a sale I just wanted a good mattress. They didnt have any of the mattress that he kept talking about🙄 and the so say good mattress he was talking about them as if I couldnt afford it or wouldnt pay the price for it. Mattresses are standing in the back how can I even get the feel of what I'm spending my money on. It was almost closing time I get it but it wasnt good service. Then he took my info down as if he was go give me a call about further discussing the mattresses. I'm still waiting on that call.. I'll take my business to the people that have the time and patience to show you a mattress and let u get the feel of it. This was in February

I shopped here a few years ago when they were in the village on main st and after having a bad experience with kmart trying to get a deep freezer. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lady that waited on me was awesome. She answered all my questions and got me in and out. I definitely recommend them for all furniture deliveries. The guys that delivered were even great and friendly.
