got an xbox and a mattress and service/company was great. ordered two ipads and a fridge and they refuse to contact me or speak to me about any of it, and i have no idea why. first ipad was ordered a week ago. second, the next day. fridge, 4 days ago and still radio silence from the entire staff team. my first review was made a bit ago but i’m here to update it. today marks the SEVENTH occasion on which this place has tried to BREAK INTO MY HOME! i have two children both under the age of 3 and WILL protect them!!! i also have video evidence of this. but today marks the day that i’m not allowing it again as they were MORE aggressive than ever. i was not home when this occurred, however my father informed me that as he was in the kitchen of our home, RAC knocked so hard that it shook the kitchen walls. why on EARTH would you knock that hard? but whatever. then he says that while waiting for them to walk away, the driver put his hand on the handle to my back door, shook it and noticed it was locked. the driver then proceeded to grab the knob again, and RAM HIS WHOLE BODY into the door, TWICE! that is so unbelievably uncalled for, ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!! and dangerous to put yourself or your drivers into that type of position!

The manger and for this area is unreliable . They call me as soon as they’re open saying they will call me back. Give me information about the item that I had got and give me a delivery ETA. The manager did proceed to leave for all day. If you don’t have the ppl there to make sales the place shouldn’t be open

I make an online order for an appliance. I called to confirm because it wouldn’t let me schedule my delivery online, when I called a guy answered the BUSINESS phone “Hello” so I was thinking maybe I had the wrong number. I then said “is this rent-a-center?” He was like yea what’s up I then proceeded and said that is very unprofessional to answer a business phone like that omg he said okay, the conversation went on me explaining why I was calling he said please hold while I check and hung up in my face. Then I called back a nice lady answered help me out verified everything and made a delivery date for Wednesday the 18th between 3-5 I was like ok that’s fine. On delivery day I the proper arrangements for me to be home left work and at 4:48 I called to confirm that they were on the way. The guy answered and said I don’t have you down for a delivery and on Wednesday no delivery driver works that’s their off day, okay so why would someone schedule me for this day and why was there no communication. Moral of the story they need to do proper training for there staff they literally just hire anybody with clearly no customer service experience. It’s ridiculous I swear if my brother hadn’t broke up my things during moving I wouldn’t be getting nothing from these people.

Never do business with Rent-A-Center located 4899 westbank expressway they are allowing any person to use your home address without verifying if that person really lives at that address. When I addressed this with the manager she told me don't worry about it because they can't take it out the system. Nonsense

Don't waste your time with this place. All the furniture is ripped up and is filled with tiny German roaches. The entire store is infested they have food every where. I ordered a sofa from the warehouse and i had to make 2 payments before even receiving my sofa when It arrived they dragged it on the road i called to talk to the manager they said they can't do nothing but wanted to let me pass with 2 payments and keep it I said no I said just come get it give me my money back and they said they'll order it it'll be 6 weeks the most I said okay well I was moving out and said look take it until my new one comes it they said no just take it and we'll come bring your new one they wouldn't take my address or anything. Well it's been 9 weeks and still no new sofa but won't call me to tell me anything but wants to harrass me and my references for my payments when I miss their call. Now they are saying it's going to be more weeks. Don't waste your time they will mess you over and steal your money and want you to pay top dollar for ripped up sofas and be rude as hell. This manager is rude and horrible attitude on top of attitude no people skills at all. If I could rate no stars I would.
