The drivers and workers are Terrible inconsiderate human beings. Blocking half the street, sees cars waiting and not caring to make an inch or do anything about it. Just keeps working like nothing is wrong. Clearly can move up and out the way just a tad for cars to pass by. Retrain the drivers and workers please. This place has terrible reviews to begin with and you can see why. No one cares at this company.

I also tried calling and nobody answers . Im supposed to be a gold card customer . I have a problem with my dresser and they ignore you. And I’ve been it’s them for years .

I’ve called the store eight times this morning to try and figure out prices and about estimated delivery time every single time I’ve called somebody has answered the phone and hung up. Y’all need to do better maybe hire some people that actually wanna work How do y’all expect to have business and can’t even properly answer the phone?

I left early from work bc a delivery was scheduled today between 4pm and 6pm. I called once around 3 to verify they were still delivering. She said yes, between 4 and 6. I called again around 6:15, bc no one showed up. She said they are running behind but you're on the books so it will be delivered today, just running late. It's now almost 830, no delivery, no phone call and of course the store is closed. This order was placed Dec 27th or Dec 30th. Today is Jan 14. Awful experience. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE, I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Our TV started glitching after only 1 year of having it. It would turn on, but shut right back off. We contacted Aarons in hope that we could get a repair technician sent over to our home (it's included in our agreement). The first time we called, the worker told us that she would put a ticket in and attempt to find us a replacement TV. She said someone would contact us within 24-48 hours. A couple days went by and we didn't hear anything. We decided to contact them again and to our surprise, the first worker didn't even put the ticket in. The second worked assured that she would put a ticket in and someone would call us within 24-48 hours along with trying to find us a replacement TV. Another couple days went by and NOTHING. At this point, we are extremely frustrated so I called to file a complaint. The woman who answered the phone to take my complaint was very kind. She put a ticket in and said that a Supervisor would be in touch with me within 24-48 hours. Right after that, I called our store to check on the status of our ticket since it had been waaaay past 48 hours. The worker told us that she had no idea why they would tell us 24-48 hours because it usually takes longer and that someone would be in contact with us within the next two days. It has been about a week now and we still have not heard back from ANYBODY. This is the WORST experience I've ever had while renting from a company. They will blow up your phone if you are ONE DAY late on your payment, but they can't return a phone call in a timely matter? Extremely unprofessional and downright rude. DO NOT RENT FROM AARONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
