Don’t recommend. The guy who answered was a manager but behaved like a new employee who just found out they had $10 pays for a week and he didn’t care about anything else, first off Mr never been a manager before, I asked how do I pay for and start a contract with NO MERCHANDISE! He kept telling me I paid $10🤦🏾‍♀️ and I kept telling him I’m only concerned with paying for days I don’t have merchandise, I have a payment due in 7 days! Complete ignorance at its finest! Cancel that contract my boy!!! I cannot do buisness with confused people. Farewell

Great customer service! Daniel was so helpful. I’m so indecisive and they were very patient with me. Also can’t beat the great prices! Great purchase. Will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. They do not care about the customer only their money any time you call with questions or and issue all you get is an attitude. Happened a few times even with their manager. Called a week ago about a computer to be repaired told me it's something I did and I had to deal with it. Then had my husband call to deal with it said they pick it up, 6 days later all I get is a call to make payment nothing about picking it up. They were desperate when they hired their manager like talking to a car sales man. Deal with rac Kenner or metarie they are way better than this location very nice and helpful and you can get everything they have at la place there. Stay away from this location.

Love it a huge selection of products and great customer service. Just the best they work with you and are fair. If you have issues they are right on it when you communicate the problems. Just great!
