When I tell y’all Ms. Catrina McMickle at Aaron’s gave me the best service ever. She was patient and kind to my husband and I and she explained everything to us. She showed us some nice furniture that we purchased. Our service was amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful. Y’all need to go see her!!!!!!!!

Truly a company that understands that life happens and is willing to work with you through what ever life throws your way. My Sales Rep, Catrina McMickle represents the epitome of customer service. If ever there was a model for great customer service, it should be she. She is knowledgeable, friendly, firm yet courteous. I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience.

I'd like to let you know how pleased I am as a customer of Aaron's Laplace La. The store's General Manager, Ms. Catrina is the BEST and I say this because it's the truth. She is so professional but above all, she's such a caring person and I admire the interaction with her employees. I recommend anyone who's looking to rent to own, this store is the one to choose. I'm a valued, happy,and satisfied customer and as soon as I pay off what I now have, I'll be ready to begin again. Thank you Ms. Catrina for being the "solid" person that you are. In closing....
