I went to Aaron’s because I didn’t like the way rent a center did business. At first Aaron’s was amazing. Since agreeing and getting my items delivered, they never answer, never call back, and can never help with issues when brought up. Set up a payment schedule, got a confirmation message, and the amount was still taken out The only “good” thing was the crew that came to install. Will never do business with Arron’s or rent a center again

if i was able to give a negative feedback i surely would. i just rented a washer and dryer that took a few weeks to get the washer and dryer that showed in store. then the person tells me when i went to pay for the second week we got it we were behind on payments and there was a lat fee. i was upset and paid a extra week so it would not be behind on payments and the day it was due they took another payment off my pay card. so i called and got put on hold because the person who answered couldn’t do anything. i was on hold for over 5 minutes and had to go. i am done with trying to purchase another item from this place . i only have had it for 2weeks and 3 days paid 4 weeks

If I could give a zero, I would. I am currently renting a washer and dryer from them and they are extremely unprofessional. Mrs Katrina to be specific, every time you’re on the phone, she yells and always has an horrible attitude. Will be sending my washer and dryer back.

If i could give a zero i would. Went there to get a recliner for my grandfather and we saw an electric one with heat and massage for 995. Thought that was a good deal for a brand new chair. Lloyd did not tell me that was the only chair they had. They delivered the chair with no plastic wrap or anything on it. Then when we get the chair it was dirty and the handle to let the foot up was broken. I called and asked if was the display chair he said yes and i took pictures and went up there and told him was broke and dirty. He offered for someone to come fix it. Now why would i want someone to fix a chair i just bought? I told him to come get it and refund me. They didn’t come get it for 4 days then he claimed he returned my money. I waited 2 weeks. My bank didn’t have and neither did i. I go up there he claims he forgot to send it and he reversed it or so he says. Been a week and my bank still haven’t received anything. Horrible service and they are liars.

I've been renting to own since November of 2019. Pandemic struck and I've not been able to get relief on payment, I requested to skip a payment and was told that Aarons did not give their customers a break because "Aaron's need their money". The district manager was called and told if I could pay half that he'd work with me with the rest, that balance which was more than making the monthly payment(for Instance, monthly payment $88.00, pay $54.00 and pay another $54.00 for the balance.) I don't know where they went to school but that's more than the monthly amount. I mentioned that other companies were assisting their customers during this pandemic, I was told that Aaron's was not one and I'm sure they had federal funding to assist them. I'm sending my refrigerator back next month and going with another company.
