Got a couch along with a washer and dryer set delivered yesterday. The whole process was easy and the landy who helped us was super friendly but the issue didn't come about until today. I didn't get to enjoy it yesterday when it was delivered and tonight after a long day at work I was relaxing on the couch when a roach came out of the couch crawling across me. I will be there tomorrow and hopefully they will correct this issue and pay for someone to come do pest control so I don't end up with an infestation. For now it's a one star but I will post an update
