Very unprofessional and talks to customers rudely when calling to pay notes. I’ve never even been a full week behind before calling in to pay and they act like they are angry with customers. Even after I’ve successfully paid off other accounts there in previous years before this bad group of employees came. Never have even been so behind to get a knock on the door but they act so hostile everytime you call in to pay. Very unhinged environment. Raquel and Valencia are rude and runs off customers, since buying my couch from them I went to Baton Rouge’s location for other stuff after being rudely talked to every week when I call to pay my note and they act wayyy more professional and kind there. so take the extra few min and drive and go to their friendly location in Baton Rouge. I had to give at least one star to write the complaint but they don’t even deserve that one star

A horrible experience working with affordable on furnishings.They made multiple unauthorized transactions on my account.They do a lot of headache calls and never Seems to remember the agreement that we spoke on at the beginning of Doing\nBusiness together Very, very horrible experience.Never again , will I deal with Affordable home furnishings

They sold me a broke washer and dryer demanded that I play for the broken item when I told them I wasn’t paying for it and I wanted them to pick it up. They only schedule pick up times for when I was at work so that it look like I wasn’t trying to pay or give them items back.

Terrible experience. The furniture was broken, infested with bugs, and looked old. The employees are rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They refuse refunds, lie to customers, and there’s no way to reach corporate. The Hammond location is the worst — bad attitudes and awful service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Buying furniture from affordable has been the worst experience of my life I recently purchased a couch set from them only to find out that the couch was infested with roaches they don’t clean their product before they sell it to you and they do not live by the rules they have on the paper be careful from buying furniture from them they are nasty and will not give you a refund on something they sold to a customer even if it’s infested this was my first and last time every purchasing anything from them and I actylike the furniture at first into I had to gel the sofas from roaches it had roaches in the console creating babies I had to deep clean all that and gel it that’s why it looks clean now but when they delivered it it was dirty and had food still in the sofa I paid damn near a 1000 for this couch set so be careful guys just warning yall wish someone would have told me it’s the affordable in Hammond la and the employees there attitudes are real nasty about their products
