I just to say I appreciate my Affordable store in Franklin. Been a customer for Over 5years and very satisfied with my merchandise! Thank you Alice, Carl, Shannon, Clarence
Rented a stove and fridge from them. The stove randomly stopped working but after letting them know about it multiple times, I had to keep paying on the stove for over a month. I stopped paying them all together and they "expired" my contract. That's fine!! I don't want to pay for broken appliances anyway. And your representatives need to work on customer service skills.
