Day one service was perfect. The lady was very kind and professional. However the product was defective. Upon returning it the next day to try and solve the problem, It was a very different attitude dealing with Carson. At first he denied having the product requested. When I told him I knew someone who had got one from the same location, he refused to help me any further. He ask me the person's name whom had gotten it there before. When I gave him this information he refused to my business. I feel its unfair to judge a paying customer just because of another's actions. Very disrespectable.

The service manager at your Baton Rouge location was very rude and defensive accusing me of forging a fake leasing agreement when she could have scrolled down and seen that my leasing agent name and number was there for verification

Denham springs Louisiana location provided superior service. I’m not sure who to mention this part to hopefully corporate will see my blast on the Baytown Texas location. On Garth rd. This location put me on a do not rent list just because I canceled my agreement and didn’t go through with it. The guys at this location were very rude as well. That’s very petty and unprofessional. I’m so thankful my store in Denham springs LA was accommodating and cared enough to investigate this and determining the pettiness of the Texas location and let me get what I needed.

I've always been loved by planet fitness but it is what it is, drivers don't park anywhere, park on side of road, if there's no parking at pilot. I literally had to deliver at Capitol produce this morning smh

Love the merchandise in the store had a lot to use from them, but the employees were so not helpful. They wanted to eat talk on the phone and do whatever they wanted to do besides help us.
