Went to the denham springs location today 12/20 and the employee never once came to help us so we left. Terrible customer service

I have nothing but great things to say about Aaron’s in Denham Springs!! I have had multiple leases here my 2 tv, fireplace TV stand, and my washer & dryer I have never had any issues with any of my appliances or electronics. They offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment options and lease times to help you stay in budget. When I went through a rough patch financially like we all do these days they helped me with my payments to ensure I did not lose my belongings even extending lease to bring the payments down. Carson the GM is absolutely amazing!! I have paid off 2 leases in a reasonable amount of time and am going to get my new refrigerator with them today!! If you’re in need of an appliance, furniture. Electronic, whatever it is then go see Aaron’s in Denham and I promise they will do all they can to help!!! Thanks Aaron’s for all you have done for us!!

This company is incompetent, overpriced, and completely lacks customer service. On the day of my delivery, the delivery time was changed four separate times. When the team finally arrived, they struggled to get the sofa into my home—and only after I went outside with them did they admit they had damaged my porch light. The light was visibly hanging from the wall with exposed wires, a clear safety hazard. Since June 12, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue through their claims department, but I’ve gotten nowhere. Lauren Logan, in particular, has been a major disappointment—unreachable, unhelpful, and unable to provide any clear answers. You can’t get anyone on the phone, and no one seems to take responsibility. I am beyond frustrated with this experience.

The staff is helpful and polite. If you communicate with them, no issues.however, if you aren’t communicating and miss a payment, Carson will call you and make threats to come for the items. Otherwise, no issues at all.
