Marleigh my Sales Rep. was very perfessional and polite and broke everything down to where I understood. This was on Friday and delivery date was for following Monday. They called on Monday and had to change delivery for Wednesday due to shortness of delivery staff. At first I was disappointed and a bit angry but then I thought about it and I understand that things work out for the best. So Wednesday will be happy to receive my new dinette set and my new lounger chair. Thank you Affordable for trusting me to rent to own from yall!! Linda Paige

They were awesome! I needed furniture and they made it happen. The delivery crew were absolutely wonderful! They set up everything,made sure things were where we wanted and in working order. 10/10! Would recommend them!

They are THEIVES... I BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER FROM THERE. THE DRY KEPT GIVING ME TROUBLE. SO THEY TRADED OUT MY DRYER FOR ANOTHER DRYER. HOWEVER MY DRYER STARTED ACTING UP AGAIN. BECAUSE I WAS STILL PAYING ON IT. THEY AGAIN TRADED IN MY DRYER. THEY TALKED ME INTO GETTING THE INSURANCE THAT WILL COVER MY APPLIANCES IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. AFTER I PAID THE WASHER AND DRYER OUT I ENDED UP HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE DRYER AGAIN. NOW MIND YOU I'M STILL PAYING FOR THE COVERAGE OF THE WASHER AND DRYER. IT WAS AT THIS TIME THEY TOLD ME AFTER KEEPING MY MONEY THAT IT DIDN'T COVER ONCE THE APPLIANCES WAS PAID SO I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS I PAID THE INSURANCE FOR? IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT THEY HAD AN EMPLOYEE WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WAS PROMISING CUSTOMERS THINGS THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT COMPLY WITH IN THE STORE.
