Bought a washer from them with insurance in case it broke they’ll come out and fix it, it’s been two weeks of me calling them to get them to come out and fix it and nothing yet, overall a pretty shitty store

If I could do no ratings I would just thought I should update the review ..if harassment was a company there company will definitely be located in the dictionary.. when I tell you they don’t even give you 24hrs to pay your bill before they are calling an harassing you about your payment. Last month they actually came to my home the day my payment was due and I was in two months in .. I’m soo close to telling them come get there sofa cause it’s not worth the harassment I promise .. AARONS WOULD NEVER !! I will NEVER shop here again !!

I've always have had a great experience with the employees! They are nice and understanding with my needs I always pay on time! Sometimes life happen and I might not be able to pay that certain week! They don't give me the riot act and ask if I will be able to pay the following week!!! We all know if we had the money to purchase a product outright we would go somewhere else to pay! But these are the days we live In! Yeah they have to make money too!!! In my experience the Chalmette store is truly a class act! They want to help people! 4 stars in my book!

THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. The store manager Jacob Lewis called me yesterday on 5/5 to tell me my bill was 2 weeks over due when it was only a week over due being I pay monthly. However, they would have been paid by 5/10. He did not like that answer and became rude “I cant wait that long” with an attitude. Well today my card was charged when it was NOT authorized. When I called I was told I was on auto pay. Please tell me how I was on auto pay today but yet he called me yesterday because it was overdue which means yesterday I was NOT on auto pay and I never logged in my account except for the last payment I made last month. So they illegally charged my card without my authorization and put me on auto pay manually from their end. DO NOT GET MERCHANDISE FROM THEM. Thank the gods i’m a few payments away from pay off so I won’t have to deal with these people anymore.
