This location has the best customer service! All they ever ask for is communication. People have said so many negative things I guarantee they didn’t communicate because I’ve been dealing with the for 5 or 6 years now

Been dealing with Affordable for years never ever did i have any problems at all. Everyone is very nice and understanding.
These people are very dangerous. When I was 18 I had just moved in with my boyfriend and we got a stove with them. I guess my boyfriend missed a payment and They decided to break into our home tobtake the stove while I was sleeping on the couch, The noise woke me up and they didn't say a word to me. The doors were locked and they broke the lock and the door to get in. I was scared for my life. I will never rent to own anything again.
Would rate ZERO stars. Store manager (CHRIS) constantly texts threats with police and canceling contract , tries to get you to go to the store to fight him saying “PULL UP”when they get paid every month and literally spoke to a representative that I would pay payoff balance on the 20th which is in 3 days. Dude is obnoxious, childish, disgusting and shouldn’t even have a job. Affordable will no longer get my business once balance is paid off
