I have used other rental stores before going to RAC in roughly 2005-2006 (20 years ago) after they came to town!! I have furnished three homes utilizing the early pay off cash price options as much as possible including any discounts, sales and specials provided to me via phone, email, etc. They have been wonderful over the years and have become even better with age in the past 5 years while I’d taken a break. I’m 3,000% satisfied with my latest agreement and the loyalty they showed me as a returning customer after my break!! Alyssa is an exceptional manager, she’s helpful, kind and courteous and will go above and beyond to serve you. Hands down, I have never felt like family in any other store, RAC or otherwise. If you’re in need, go see them today!!!

Terrible for introverts with an awful family. Demands a call from 4 references, says 2 can't live with you then when you put 2 down that do which follow that rule, you cannot use it. If you only know a few people it's an awful place to get stuff from. Will make you pay up front $150, give a delivery date and if only 1 or 2 respond they will refuse to do the delivery. May have to get a refund and go to their neighbor who actually pays attention to credit scores, given mine is 668 which isn't bad. Too much of a headache to deal with when you are on bad terms with family and have a small handful of friends. If you are aggravated and want to get something to make yourself feel better, go to their neighbor and not them.
I was not satisfied with my mattress I had first gotten, it caused my back to hurt worse. I found another one I liked and they changed it out for me. I absolutely love the mattress I have now. I slept so much better the first night on it. Thank you to my RAC staff.
