Absolute worst place to buy furniture, will sell things right out from under you, costumer service is terrible, do NOT recommend!
I recommend Aaron’s over them if you fall on hard times which happens to a lot of us they won’t work with you on a delayed payments and they tel you to borrow the money from somebody like if I had family that had money I would have borrowed it and not use a rental place anyway
They harass people for their payment even though it’s NOT late. Took almost 2 weeks to come pick up a bed that we didn’t want and then wouldn’t come fix the broken washer that they sold us. Harassed my mother over the phone. Saying they paid her payment for the month cause she was late and it’s not due until tomorrow. Justin and Rider are VERY rude. Place should be shut down
Very nice to extremely rude. My friend is a fully disabled verteran. Wife needed help and got behind a couple payments. Tried to work with store and they just laughed at her on the phone. So rude to people and has no respect for anyone. I advise you to go to anyplace, I mean anyplace else.
Very good with Justin. Russellville ky. His delivery guys are awesomeness. My washer went out with a white bleach load Before noon I had a new set and they also put existing set in carport fir me. Perfect experience.
