I love most of the people who work at Aaron’s. I’ve had many items from them and even furnished my whole house after the flood. Unfortunately my returning experience has not been as great. James and Anthony are both amazing when you can speak to them. We have a washer/dryer (purchased in November and it is currently July). It still doesn’t work and every time we call one of the employees says James and Anthony are both busy then hangs up. It’s been 8 months and we shall see if this changes today

This is the very best place to rent from! In my opinion.. They work hard to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the products you purchase! Very friendly customer service department! I want to add a special thank you to Angel, for going above and beyond to help us and other customers!

Have had on going issue with them for six months over appliance they delivered with roaches to our home. Then, dealing with a smart-elic sales girl today when I tried telling them with the problem. Ridiculous, since when do you treat loyal customers that foul. Updated: Amicable resolution to our problem achieved. Appliance replaced. Store manager was very nice.
