I recently acquired a PC that was marketed as a “high-end pc”, specifically designed to run demanding games. However, I quickly found that it was a low-end PC that struggled to run anything, with all the parts being over four years out of date. After this disappointing experience, I returned to the store to seek an upgrade, which was highly touted by the staff. Unfortunately, this new PC would not connect to the internet. I even contacted the manufacturer for assistance, only to be told that the PC itself does not support WiFi and can only connect via Ethernet. It is particularly frustrating that the rental center specifically ordered this “high quality” PC to replace the previous one, yet it still failed to meet expectations. Despite giving the manufacturer control of my PC for troubleshooting, they stated it was a problem with the installed parts in the pc and had nothing to do with updating anything online Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and product quality. I will not be back for a replacement but I will be dropping this horrible product off asap.
