What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

I gave them a 2 star only because the people on the phone were polite but condescending.i bought a washer and dryer set from them paid theyre price, what happened is the dryer stopped heating up it was like pulling teeth to get these people to come and get it fixed, they did send a substitute, however, it took them weeks to fix it and heard every excuse to get it back to me. some time later it Broke down again.they came brought the substitute dryer when I finally got it back.It was all dented up scratched up, as they take it down stairs, they dented our brand new freezer door, my husband had to tell the guy to put the vent back on the dryer the way they found it, The people they sent out to fix it totally incompetent, After a little bit paid it off a little while later. The dryer breaks down again.I call them talked to the manager , she said she had to talk to the regional manager. When manager got back to me, they told me because it had been paid off and it was a little while after i paid it, they could no longer honor the old contract , i told her it had been an on going problem, they said they couldn't do anything, i said OK and wanted my phone number taken out of their system. Because I was not going to further do business with a company that didn't back up their product, i would not recommend doing business with them. All these rent to own companies are all the same. Next time I wait and shop wholesale or discount stores I have better luck.
Lady on the phone was incredibly rude to my aunt who is on hospice, did not resolve any issues with her, called her reasonings for using a different card “silly”, and really upset her. Aaron’s should choose better employees
The worst experience and worst professionalism I've seen by far. These people are thief's and crooks.. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give them your debt card information. They took $190 dollars twice then only gave me back $190. I didn't sign a contract and I never got my merchandise either. They tried say it was in the contract, but there is no contract. Huge crooks, just trying take your money... Thanks
Purchased from them near the end of last year and set up ezpay. Was called two months later to he told my acct was delinquent. When I asked how that could be with the amount coming out each month, she rudely 1st asked if I had enough to cover the amount and then when I said we'll yes, it's come out each month , she 2nd then changed her story to " oh your ezpay wasn't set up correctly, I have to go in and raise the prices of your items to fix it and you need to pay x amount for your acct to be current now. Not a single apology for their error either. That occurred in the beginning of January. Here we are in February and they have charged me an additional $27.27 more than my monthly bill that is already $347.64. Please go somewhere- anywhere else.
Well I can say that I probably won't be doing business with y'all in the future. When I get my stuff paid off. Saying that I was late for two weeks payments but I know for sure that I only missed last week that is the only one that showed failed. So you probably lost a great customer over there. So I guess that if I can't get it on my own then I probably don't need it. So I am glad that it probably made yall happy over there. When I get everything paid off and yall ask if I need anything else I am going to say a big HELL NO.
