Georgetown store is great, Jerry the manager has always took great care of me. I've bought 3 things so far. Always deal with him or the staff because it takes to long for corporate.
Gave rent a center a try again. The first time i was sold a CHILDS hotwheel that never turned on. Begged for a charger for months nothing never came. I keep paying till almost 350 dollars.(THE TOTAL OF THE USED CAR) Still no charger. When i went to return it I was told i was lying. Since they dont know who to beleive me or the store and was giving 150 dollar credit. So i use that credit months later. I started a new contract online for a bunk bed for a total of 600 dollars. I signed my contract online the same day. When rent a center got her they wanted me to sign a new contract for 2000 that i refused to sign. Then told me my 150 dollar credit would be used at the last payment. I have had it with yall trying to screw me over. Yall want to keep knocking go a head or take me to court because i have my documents saved to my phone and im not playing your alls trifling gemic on CHILDERNS PRODUCTS. YOU'RE SCREWING MOTHERS WITH CHILDERN. THAT IS NOT COOL!!
Money was taken out of my account WITHOUT my approval. I removed my auto pay. A payment - my last payment was taken a day early and for a different amount than what it should have been- NO ONE can tell me why this happened. Anyone know a good lawyer??
I bought a bed from them and only paid on it a few weeks and then paid it off completely. When they delivered it, it was missing some of the button embroidery in the headboard and we made them aware and asked if they would replace them or discount the price at least and they would not. Rude and unprofessional is a major understatement!
