Do nor recommend this store I have rented with them for years. Not once but twice did "the system" boot me off of autopay but they waited 90 days before they called or came by and racked up late fees. The first time I paid them and assured everything was good it then happened a second time with almost $400 in late charges. Then attempted for weeks to get them to just come get the merchandise back and could never get ahold of the general manager (who is one of the rudest people I've ever done business with) finally had to call corporate to get any help results!

Zack recently helped me find my first gaming PC and I feel very appreciative for his great service and overall product knowledge! Thank you so much!

I love how they make the customers feel like family the products are great and their prices are affordable anything goes wrong when they will fix their merchandise and bring you a replacement until it gets fixed Brian the GM goes above and beyond for his job I've been a golden preferred customer for years I always refer people here family and friends very great place

Well this manager named Bryan over charged me my 1st month. He first tried to say I had some other insurance. Then the final answer was it was an error on his new employee there. Now after I specified I wanted to pay my tv.stand and my furniture separate. That way before the 4 month came I’d just have my furniture ti pay off. Well he just made this BIG AGGRESSIVE LOUD VOICE THEN ACTUALLY COMES FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER LIKE HE WAS GONNA DO SOMETHING TO ME.ITS ALL ON YALLS CAMERA. I SPECIFICALLY SAID that I wanted to pay each one of them one by now till my 4th month came. This manager named Bryan is very unprofessional and rude. The. More I told him why u was doing this he became aggressive and loud towards me. The store address is 7731Mall Rd Florence,Ky 41042!!! This guy needs an attitude adjustment. All I wanted was to pay my stuff of one at a time. Even the lady Amanda that works there remembered what I said. At first they printed up all my stuff with one one payment amount. Like this guy really pissed me off to be totally honest. Like a real disappointment!! I was very calm and this Bryan manager blew this situation out of control when I said I was going to let the people know how rude he was to me. Then he comes around the counter all hostile like he wanted to do something. All in all after I pay my furniture I will never spend a cent at this location with an unprofessional,rude,hostile self. That guy needs god I’m his life bad. Like I said even Amanda remember what I wanted to do. The cameras will portray it all!!!
