The accounts manger is extremely obnoxious rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to talk to or treat their customers. When you try to ask a question they want to hang up on you. They expect you to respectful to them but they disrespect you. Make payments on your furniture for the month a week later they want to pick it up. I have never had any problems out of arrons in Mississippi like I do here. I have paid off 2 dressers with Ms. Arrons but I returned my love seats back to e town arrons because of the attitudes and disrespectfulness. If you can't speak to your customers with respect don't expect the customer to treat you with respect. Seems to me the women are always on the periods because of the attitudes. So if you shop their bring Midol. The deliver drivers are nice but the rest of the people their aren't. Worse place to do business with .awful!!!

If I could give no stars I would. First, I was promised delivery of a refrigerator first thing Friday morning after I told them several times our fridge went out and I had 5 kids. The morning of I get a call from David Joeseph claiming he could not reach me by the phone number listed on my application. He reached me on the phone number listed on my application I said I will call back when I wake up and he said okay. Then, his email said I had inconsistencies in my application but when I called back it was not for inconsistencies they had ran my credit and were trying to verify information for indentification issues. First, off why are you even running my credit but won't help us build credit. Secondly, why did it take 2 days for you to do this. I could have been added a fridge to my buddys account. I am mad as hell not only did they handle this wrong BUT THEY WAITED 2 DAYS TO SAY THIS ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY 30 MINUTES BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. Unprofessional. To add to review.... the store in Elizabethtown did apologize for the miscommunication this morning and informed me that was the corporate office. They apologized for how they handled the situation. They got my refrigerator to me with speedy service and maintained professionalism. The truck drivers/delivery crew were amazing and very personable. I do want to say thank you for making this situation work out for my children and I however, the corporate office is trash.

Never dealt with a more confused group of people in my life! You can tell there Is no communication or organization happening at this store. Even the manager has no clue what your bill is half the time or what personal information THEY collected from you in their system! Then wants to get an attitude with you...even tho she is in the wrong! At least be able to back stuff up if you wanna get smart with somebody. Please lady.

Angel and Aaron, have been wonderful to work with. They have provided excellent customer service to me for the 2 years I rented from them. Very polite, very professional. They do their best to work with you. If I need anything I will definitely be giving them my business. This is truly a one of a kind establishment, one of the best businesses that I've had the pleasure of doing business with.

Johnny was great. When I said I wanted to browse first for a few minutes and see everything that they had in stock, he was very polite and gave me my space and told me just to let him know whenever I had any questions. after I was done browsing, he was more than helpful to answer all my questions and walk me through the process, as I'm a new Aaron's customer.
