Wonderful employees who are very helpful. Nice selection of items. Employees are willing to work around schedules for delivery and will order anything not on site that is desired.

Awful to deal with. Huge miscommunication between them. Very Unreliable and disrespectful. Cannot depend on these guys to make sure you know when your getting your items. Sad when a higher manager can say one thing and another tell you another thing. Too many times. Unreliable and first time buyers. I do NOT recommend!! I had a family emergency my. Grandmother passed away last week and I was out of town and couldn’t make it to the store to bring an item back. So I called to let them know I left it on my porch for them to pick it up. Elijah was VERT defensive and aggressive interrupted me. Because he hateful arguing on letting me know it would be my fault it the rain ruined it. Kim the manager even thought she would say “honey” very inconsiderate unprofessional she would not listen interrupted me as letting me know I didn’t come in the store last week and would not let me explain why. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I have put in a complaint with corporate office.

Elijah was awesome and has great energy. Helped measure everything and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we got what we wanted. Him and Kim were wonderful with my 10 yr old son and even gave him a goody bag. The delivery guys were great and very quick to setup. Everyone is so personable! I love my bed and the frame with touch lights in it.
