Heather and Brad brought out our new refrigerator. The did an awesome job! They took their time and made sure that the new refrigerator made it inside without a scratch! We are very happy and highly recommend Aaron’s for friendly employees and great service!

Wish I could leave negative stars i called and i was not nice when i found out You sold me insurance that apparently I can't even use. I did apologize more then once for my behavior. you said you wouldn't run my card, and you would take it off the account completely. So this is twice i trusted you. Then you ran my card and charge me for the insurance that you told me I can't use. I think that's illegal, don't matter i can't afford a lawyer...I told you my bank account was already overdrawn cause I don't have a job And that means I'm in a pretty bad spot and you guys just kicking it in even deeper You all SUCK but I know you don't care, still gonna tell you. I don't even want to post this cuse u don't deserve the star

I tried to turn my couch and loveseat in because I was haven’t some finical problems. They refused to take it back. That was a few months ago and then about a month after that one side of the couch broke. I didn’t even call, because they are nothing but rude there. I tried calling customer service the first time and that was no help. I will not step foot into that store or will I recommend it to anyone.

Employee damaged a tv putting it in my mom's car then blamed us. Worst service ever. Do not recommend. I've been dealing with Aaron's for many years but this new manager is ruining the store. I will never deal with them again.
