Upon ordering our appliances during the delivery our the brand new refrigerator was scratch all to heck... and thez scratched the floor. Months later our account was changed over the phone by someone not noted on our account! Whi was supposed to take over the payments.. yet 2 month our FULL bill was raken out in autopsy! Which was not approved! HOW CAN SOMEONE NOT ON YOUR ACCOUNT SWITCH PRODUCTS AND MAKE AUTIPAY FOR MORE THAN YOUR MONTHLY BILL!!

Bought a computer for my wife from Corbin Aaron's it stopped working 3 months before I paid it off dropped it off at corbin to be sent off for repair they waited until it was paid off to send it to be fixed. Called them to get a update they told me it wasn't able to be fixed due a pest problem in the computer. When it has been sitting in their store for almost 3 months they not once called and said anything about pest and fun fact I have orken come out every month and have had them for the last 4 years not once have I seen a bug or rodent in my house.

I got a living room set 190 a month paid 286 at the time, ordered a bed for my son paid 197 it never came in in 3 weeks from order so canceled it. I was refunded the money for the bed, since poor customer service i told them to pick up the living room set they couldn’t do it until the next week. So my thought is 190 from 286 would be my refund well i got 10 out of it! I will never do business with Aarons again!! If you do good luck!

Restaurant is very filthy I'm surprised that this restaurant is open I'm surprised at the health department is not shut it down yet

The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, but must have been new because he didn't seem to know a lot about the product's they lease or sell! The store its self had a very nice lay-out, had clean furniture spaced out which was nice not to be overwhelmed with to many choices! The floor was vacuumed and was so glad they didn't have an air freshener smell like most of the small shops in the area do! I do not know how the delivery and set up is gonna go yet but I feel like if it's as good as the first gentlemans customer service was I'm in good hands! 😉 The owners should be proud of the way their management runs this store!!!
