Excellent, fast, friendly, layed back people. Nice clean furniture. Goes out of their way to get things delivered to you! These guys are undeniably the best in customer service I've experienced in a long time, anywhere. The friendliest staff you'll ever meet. I dealt with Mike and he was just awesome, honest, and responded to help me fix a problem I had in a quick way to fix it. I have extreme anxiety and OCD and he handled it like it was bi big deal. Highly would recommend him to anyone.
Went in the store, they were very helpful, was in and out in less than an hour. They have some beautiful things there. I would 100% recomend them. Hands down. The staff is really friendly
Rverytime im in the store...and I like spending money so it pretty regular, Allen, Mike the whole gang treat me as if I were their best customer. Uve had challenginf credit, they always get me exactlt whzt i want and make you feel like your credit score is off the charts. I shop a lot of places kow and again. But my local Arona is the go to place for me. Thanks to Allen, Michael, Sawyer, and im sure im missing some
The gentleman in the store was pleasant to work with and very helpful. He made the process easy and seamless. The two gentleman who delivered my appliances did amazing as well! I love my appliances!! Not once complaint for the entire process! And love that it's 6 mths same as cash!
Mike is great!! He has awesome customer service! Returned every call promptly!!! Store is much friendlier now that he has taken over!!! Delivery guy was great at his job as well! Thank you for a much different experience compared to the past!!!
