Great service from the manager and the employee who were working when I came in. I ordered online but was hoping to get the item sooner. The manager made it happen and it was hassle free. Overall a great experience with Aaron’s thus far.

Been dealing with Aaron's for the last 13 years. Have gotten several things through them. Great customer service, friendly staff they go above and beyond to insure their customers are happy.

I love Aaron's. They have very friendly employees and are willing to help you anyway they can. I highly, highly recommend going to them you'll be glad you did. I only fool with Aaron's in Campbellsville, great employees and service.

When they brought the “new” furniture the delivery boys were just terrible. Rude, lazy and combative. When they left I looked over the furniture and found lots of damage as well as a missing ottoman. Called the manager and had them come back to pick the stuff up and the delivery boys were very aggressive. I won’t be back to an Arron’s ever again and advise you don’t either. They left a mess and knocked a bunch of stuff off my walls in the process

Well the customer service has been lacking as of late. If you need to make a payment, they are super quick to take your payment. However, if you have issues or concerns then you get the run around for days and weeks. I have attempted to speak with Tim several times and several messages gets left at the store for him to call, crickets. Do not do business with this store. That’s my opinion. Take it for what’s it’s worth. I’m sure a lot of people has had a decent experience, I can’t say the same.
