I’ve done business with this enterprise several times they are always friendly and have great customer service and great deals. They are very understanding and try to work with you best they can. I don’t go anywhere else for my rental needs 100 percent recommended this place for all of your rental needs
Tina was great setting everything up. Then I started getting calls from carry about being late but I had worked out arrangements with the gentleman in there weeks prior. Carry calls from all different numbers after this and I was told that she'd do that. She's rude but in a passive aggressive way,demands money that's already been worked out around her. I was told she's on a power trip;been sitting in that chair for too long and has nothing more going on in her life other than coming to work and treating people like they're beneath her. Thankful to pay off that sofa.
The gal on the phone was super nice n professional. The process was very simple n hassle free. They are delivering my new chair extremely quick wasnt expecting it that fast. Love doin bisuness with American Rental i have purchased there several times over the years n they are always helpful.
