I have been purchasing the Formuler Z10 from Mike's Rent to Own Smith Center. They gave me easy monthly payments for the same as cash price for 6 months. I think it is a valuable asset for the community. Love the fact that they give an opportunity for all no matter your credit status. Helps people get things who don't have much credit, a chance to get some credit history.
I absolutely love this place. We've furnished our kitchen, living room and bedroom, plus washer and dryer.
