I paid off my dryer the very end of November. A week later exactly it caught on fire smoke rolling out. I called Aarons told them what happened they came and got it on Dec 3. Its now Jan 15th and I still have not got my dryer back! I have called every week and every week I get a different excuse, they have never once called me to give me an update on my dryer. Last week I called them and asked for an update and when id be getting my dryer back and what caused it to catch fire and smoke. Ashley, the manger says she wasn't sure what happened but they were going to plug it in and make sure it all worked. I get a call last Thursday finally saying they would be delivering my dryer back on Tuesday Jan 13th. I wait and wait and wait on Tuesday no delivery. So I called that evening and she tells me they dont know if it will be delivered on Tuesday like they told me because there was only 1 delivery guy and he was out on a delivery. Mind you they scheduled this delivery already for my dryer so I said we'll when are you bringing it, she says we're not sure we will have to see when his next delivery is. I ask about the dryer and what caused it to smoke fire, she than says oh it was lent, and tried telling me they had tried calling me on Monday Jan 12th but my phone wouldnt ring to reschedule the delivery. They never tried calling myle on Monday I would have answered my phone there was nothing wrong with my phone and even if there was, they never left a voicemail. I have been told lies for the last month and STILL have NOT got my dryer back! I will never do business with the store on Olathe ever again, and Ashley the manager is RUDE and does nothing but lie! I want my dryer back that I paid off!!!!!

I have been receiving repeated phone calls from Aarons regarding another person's account since April of this year. It doesn't make sense to continue calling me if you cannot reach the person you are trying to contact. This ongoing situation feels like harassment. I have no connection to this issue, and it would be more appropriate to report it on her credit report, as I am not the person you are looking for. Please stop contacting me; this is incredibly frustrating and does not make any sense.

Stay away from Aarons. My account is within 2 months of being paid off and they are calling saying I owe money that I don't owe. My account is always paid on time and not even due yet. The amount they are requesting is not even an amount I would pay. They did not want to hear that it was incorrect. Horrible Customer Service and Managers that lack people skills. Pray nothing breaks that they have to send off to service you will never get it back.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered on line and had a date to have furniture delivered. They did not show up and had no intention of calling me to let me know. I took off work for no reason. All I got was them saying they had a scheduling problem and I would have to reschedule. No apologies or nothing. I had to give a star but I wouldn't have if I didn't have to.

I am so appreciative of the amazing people that I have had the privilege of meeting recently at Aaron’s. I have major back issues, and recently leased a chair I thought would really help. It’s been a few months and I just couldn’t handle it anymore. So this time I went to the store. I’m horrible with names but the lady that helped me through it all was amazing! I was treated like I mattered. When I made a decision on what to replace the chair with, she made everything so simple and non stressful!! I’ve had the same delivery person both times and he happened to be there that day as well. I myself work in customer service and they treated me like I treat my customers. The whole return/exchange process was so easy. I am more than appreciative to the staff I have encountered. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer when I wasn’t completely happy! The replacement furniture so far is everything and more than I hoped it would be for my back. Wonderful customer service!
