Nine years of doing business with them. And to get a new phone and some other things.They tell me I don't qualify for for it, because I have to be at a certain level with them, 9 years doing business with them, a lot of money spent there to be treated like this. Never again will I ever go back to them

Bought a TV as well as a laptop from here. NEVER AGAIN!!!! AS SOON AS THE TV WAS PAID OFF I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH IT! IT REFUSES TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, BUT YET MY OTHER TV THAT I BOUGHT FROM WALMART ALWAYS STAYS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!! AND THE LAPTOP IS THE EXACT SAME WAY NOW THAT ITS PAID OFF! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY RENT-A-CENTER AGAIN!!!! THEY'RE STUFF WORKS WHILE YOUR PAYING ON IT, BUT AFTERWARDS IT GOES TO SHIT!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO BUY ONE AT WALMART!!!! THESE PLACES ARE A JOKE!!!!!!! AND I ENDED UP PAYING TRIPLE WHAT THE DAMN TV IS WORTH!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't... Just don't. You will pay over 3 or more times the cost for an item. They will take advantage of your inability to purchase up front with interest rates that should be illegal. And the items you purchase are inferior Chinese junk that will not last and once you spend years paying off this junk you have nothing but empty pockets. They have very limited selection of even decent electronics and furniture... The warranty is a joke, and the staff is more like loan sharks rather that retail.

Never would we recommend this place. When we scheduled a pick up for some items not needed no longer the employees where inexperienced with moving furniture and tore up our door jams and put a whole in the wall. They refused to fix it and said it was not their problem. Along with that they didn't bring any tools to disassemble anything and was allowed to use mine but when they left they took my tools with and then denied any alligations of even being at my house. Beware of what you do. There are a bunch of con artist working there. After 10 years of doing business with them this is how they treat their customers so we won't go back.
