I had a terrific experience here. I am from out of town and will be in KCMO for several weeks. Due to recent surgery, find it difficult to sleep in a bed. So, I went online to find out who I could rent a recliner from. First, I tried RAC, having seen their commercials, but their google reviews were poor, so I kept looking. Rental City in KCKS had good reviews. So I called and talked to the Manager, Diana. She was incredible! And so was her staff. Anyway, she was able to give me several recliners to choose from, and provided me with a very convenient delivery window. The delivery men got here EARLY. Very much appreciated! If I am in this situation again, I will definitely come back. I HIGHLY recommend this location of Rental City, due to their large stock, friendly employees, and outstanding customer service.

The people from here are by far the best! Diana is the main person we have bought our stuff from (customer since 2009) this young woman is always in the most amazing mood always smiling and always making sure you are 100% satisfied. The best part of this place is that they aren't pushy like other companies who likes a pushy sales person NOT me. If anything I reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for good deal. Thank you rental city team.

I wanted to thank John and Rick for fixing my dryer today. Even though it was small, my handle on my dryer, they made sure it was fixed today. I called them this morning and they came got the model #, went and got the re-placement piece and it was done. I have been a customer here for a couple years, and nothing bad to say! Very friendly atmosphere! Everyone is very helpful, especially Diana! She was willing to listen to my opinions, and give opinions of her own without being pushy. Very understanding and helpful group of people
